Essential oils are extracted from petals, leaves, roots and fruits all of which have healing capabilities. For example Peppermint, Black Pepper or Ginger could be used for digestive problems; Rose, Geranium, Ylang ylang, or Jasmine for hormonal imbalance; Tea Tree, Eucalyptus, Lemon, Pine for bacterial infection, Linden Blossom, Rose, Chamomile for skin problems, Basil, Black Pepper, Cypress for muscle strain – the list and combination of blends is endless. |
ReflexologyReflexology treatments can be done on the feet, hands or ears but I generally use the feet. Even if your feet are ticklish or you ‘hate’ them, I think you will be pleasantly surprised how great a treatment feels and how wonderful you feel afterwards too.
The treatment ends with a leg massage to reduce any swelling in your ankles and promote good circulation in the feet and legs. |
